Mark Feldman is an investment banker with more than 25 years of experience. Mr. Feldman is the founder of the Standard Capital Group.

Prior to the foundation of the Standard Capital Group in 2005 Mark was the head of the investment-banking department of the Inteza group in the CIS.

In 1991-2001 Mr. Feldman worked as a Partner and Managing Director in the investment corporation Prime Charter ltd which was later acquired by Oppenheimer & Co. Inc.

Within 10 years the value of Prime Charter Ltd assets increased from $50 mln to $3 bln. Prime Charter Ltd. participated in fundraising for such companies as Starbucks Coffee, Allied Waste Industries, IMAX Corporation, Clearview Cinema Group, etc.

Mark Feldman started his career in 1989 in the corporate finance department of Oppenheimer & Co (CIBC) where he took part in the acquisition of RJR Nabisco by Khloenberg, Kravitz and Roberts (KKR) and in the purchase of United Airlines’ shares by the management of the company.

Mark Feldman has graduated from the New York University and has an Executive MBA degree of the Wharton School of Business.
